The resort was built on an untouched site from 1969 and opened in 1971, in the municipality of Les Belleville. It is part of the Three Valleys, and its altitude ranges from 1,815 to 3,230 metres. The Castor et Pollux, Cairn and Pionniers lifts are in the resort, close to the drop-off points.

I’ll be waiting as you step off the train, with a board showing your name, and I keep an eye on your TGV’s actual arrival time. On changeover Saturdays, Moûtiers station is packed: book early.
