Can I bring my skis and luggage?
Yes. Skis, snowboards and suitcases travel with you in the Spacetourer, the Mercedes EQV or the 8-seater van, depending on the size of your group. Just mention it when you send your request.
What happens if my train is delayed?
Unlike a taxi from the rank outside the station, I track your train live and adjust the pick-up time, with no extra waiting charge. Give me your train or flight number when you book and I’ll take care of the rest.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge: baby seat, child seat or booster seat depending on age. Let me know when you book so that everything is fitted before you arrive.
Do you offer transfers outside the ski season?
My mountain service runs during the winter season, from 13 December to 25 March. Outside these dates, give me a call: I’ll see what I can do depending on my schedule.
Can I book for more than 7 passengers?
My mountain service takes up to 7 passengers in a single vehicle. Beyond that, call or message me: I’ll see what’s possible with a colleague, depending on my schedule.
